1. The Service

Schmuts provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Las Vegas, NV area. By booking a Schmuts, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Schmuts. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your request.

3. Pricing

Pricing is based on the hourly rate for your selected frequency and the duration of the Schmutsing session. The minimum session length is 2.5 hours. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Promotional codes are applied at time of service and cannot be combined with other offers.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the space being cleaned. Schmuts is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile or improperly secured items, or areas we were not informed about prior to the appointment.

6. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your Schmuts, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make it right. We do not offer refunds but we will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge.

7. Liability

Schmuts carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team, claims must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Privacy

Your information is used solely to confirm and complete your booking. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We're a secret company — discretion is kind of our thing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
